We recognize the moon as . a physical celestial body which orbits the earth, and whose cycle plays a role in determining the tides, the times and the seasons, as obviously do NASA. But it would seem that some within the Agency also acknowledge the spiritual aspect of the moon.
Isaiah once prophesied against the human king of Babylon, yet at the same time he was addressing the ancient and malevolent spirit-being operating behind the scenes. Human kings don’t fall from heaven, but angelic beings do.
Isaiah 14:12. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning ! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
This verse has caused much controversy over the years, because the word ”lucifer” is not in the original Hebrew text. The Hebrew word is helel (or heylel), from the root, hâlâl, meaning to shine or ”to bear light.” Lucifer is actually a Latin word, and in the Vulgate, or Latin translation of the Bible, Isaiah 14:12 reads; Quomodo cecidisti de cælo Lucifer, qui mane oriebaris?
As an adjective, lucifer means “light-bringing” or ”light-bearer” and whilst used as an epithet of Venus, it was often applied to the moon. Diana for example, the . Roman goddess of the moon, was also known as . Diana Lucifera.
The Latin-Greek equivalent to lucifer is eosphorus , and appears as such in the Greek text. Therefore, in the English version of the Greek Septuagint Bible, eosphorus has again been correctly translated as Lucifer.
Yet although the three major versions, the Septuagint, the Vulgate, and the King James Bible are all in agreement, the majority of modern versions have since removed the name Lucifer altogether, and now read How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of dawn! Or something very similar.
Not only has the truth that shows Lucifer and Satan to be one and the same person been obscured, but once again, these modern Bible versions have caused a degree of confusion, because elsewhere in Scripture the term ”morning star” or ”day star” is used exclusively of the one who is the light of the world, Jesus Christ.
He once came from heaven voluntarily, whilst Lucifer had once fallen. And yet most modern versions of the Bible use the term “morning star” for both Jesus and Satan.
The Lesser Light.
Although it marks the times and seasons etc. the lesser light was initially given to rule the night, and in the spiritual or supernatural darkness of our fallen world, the natural works of darkness increase many-fold during the hours of night. This spiritual darkness has the power to keep humanity blind to God’s truth.
Genesis 1:16. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night:
Colossians 1:13. Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
Whilst each one of us were born into a world of spiritual darkness , and some have spent much of our life as a child of the night, there are really only two groups of people on this earth, those of the day, and those of the night.
1 Thessalonians 5:5. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
Remember what, or who it is that rules the night? Which brings us back to the Moon. The Moon is a light bearer, but not the light itself. Likewise, Lucifer was not the light, but the light bearer.
The Locust king.
In the Book of Revelation, John records the name of . the king of ”the locusts” of the bottomless pit, and in both the Hebrew and the Greek tongue. . By doing so the prophet not only shows that this ”king” will be connected with both the Jews and the Gentiles, but he also reveals his true identity. For Abbadon and Apollyon each have the same given meaning; ”the destroyer,” and Satan the devil is . known as ‘the destroyer.’
Furthermore, William Henry in Mary Magdalene, The Great Illuminator(2006) says:
According to Greek legend, Apollo, the Sun god (Sol god or Soul god) who founded the great Temple at Delphi, usually took the form of a serpent. In the bible he is Apollyon, the “angel of the bottomless pit” in Revelation 9:11.
The Sybil of Cumae.
Where the ancient Greeks had their oracles the Romans had their sybils, the most famous of whom was the priestess presiding over the Apollian oracle at Cumae. Legend recounts how the Sybil of Cumae had first been granted the power of prophecy by Apollo, and she prophesied by singing ”the fates.” ..These utterances were originally written on oak leaves, but were later recorded in a collection of nine books.
Although the ongoing history of the nine books is obscure and steeped in folklore, it’s a known fact that the last of the Sybilline Prophecies were finally burned in AD 405 by the Roman General Flavius Stillicho, who was a Christian and regarded the books as Pagan and therefore evil.
Amazingly however, the Cumaean Sibyl would find herself prominently featured alongside the Old Testament prophets in a fresco painted on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. This begs the question why Michelangelo should place a priestess of the god Apollo amidst a gathering of prophets ordained by God?
Because of her prominent role in the legends of ancient Rome, the Sybil of Cumae and some of her works had been recorded by Virgil in the Aeneid, and during the Middle Ages both the Cumaean Sibyl and Virgil were considered prophets of the birth of Christ.
At the time it was mistakenly believed that the fourth of Virgil’s Eclogues contained a Messianic prophecy which had been uttered by the Sibyl. In it, she foretells the coming of a saviour, whom Christians had wrongly identified as Jesus Christ.
However, rather than prophetic of the advent of Christ, the Sybil had foretold the coming of the Antichrist, and ”the dawn of the New Age.” The passage tells of the reign of Saturn, the Roman name for Satan, and makes clear this refers to Apollo. It tells of ”a new breed of men” from heaven, and the birth of a boy who gives rise to ”the golden race.” The reference to heroes ”commingling” with gods is disturbingly reminiscent of Daniels prophecy, ”they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men.”
”Now the last age by Cumae’s Sibyl sung Has come and gone, and the majestic roll Of circling centuries begins anew: Justice returns, returns old Saturn’s reign, With a new breed of men sent down from heaven. Only do thou, at the boy’s birth in whom The iron shall cease, the golden race arise, Befriend him, chaste Lucina; ‘tis thine own Apollo reigns. He shall receive the life of gods, and see Heroes with gods commingling, and himself Be seen of them, and with his father’s worth Reign o’er a world.”.
Son of perdition.
2 Thessalonians 2:3. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition…
The man of sin, or the ”beast” of Revelation, is given multiple titles in Scripture, although strangely enough is never directly referred to as the ”Antichrist.” One of those titles is ”the son of perdition,” but who or what is perdition? And how is it possible for perdition to have a son?
In the NT Greek dictionary each individual word in the text is given a number. The word in question is 684, a derivative of 622. But the active particle of 622 is 623, which only appears once in the Bible, in Revelation 9:11.
684. apoleia from a presumed derivative of apollumi 622: ruin or loss (physical, spiritual or eternal):–damnable(-nation), destruction, die, perdition, X perish, pernicious ways, waste.
622. apollumi…literally or figuratively:–destroy, die, lose, mar, perish.
623.Apolluon active participle apollumi 622: a destroyer (i.e. Satan):–Apollyon.
By way of reasoning from the scriptures, the anticipated and prophesied false Messiah who is described as ”the son pf perdition,” will be none other than the son of Apollo, otherwise known as Satan or Lucifer.
In the days of Noah the ”sons of God” produced hybrid offspring with the daughters of men. In the last days, according to Daniel, but outside of marriage and without sexual union, ”they” will mingle themselves with ”the seed of men.”
In some way Apollo, the Moon, Lucifer, Satan or the devil, are all inter-related. It makes one wonder what it is about the Moon that powerful organizations such as the Vatican, the Illuminati and Freemasonry know?
